Chandmari Police Recovers Dead Body Hanging from Ceiling

GUWAHATI, Aug 13: The Chandmari police recovered the body of one Raju Harijan (49) on Monday. According to police source, the deceased was found hanging at BP Chaliha Nagar near Railway Colony, Bamunimaidam.

Police are investigating into the matter as the body has been sent for post-mortem and are yet to identify the cause of death. Though from initial investigation, it seems like a suicide, but all angles related to the cause of the death are being probed, police said.
