Child goes missing in Maligaon

GUWAHATI: A four-and-half-year-old girl went missing from the courtyard of her parents' rented house at the Adarsha Colony in Maligaon on Saturday evening.

According to police source, the girl's parents are staying on rent at a railway quarter. Local residents suspect the involvement of a itinerant vendor in the child's disappearance.

A case has been registered in this connection at the Jalukbari Police Station (721/22 u/s 363/366 of IPC).
