Church Leaders of Northeast India Appeal For Fair Poll

GUWAHATI: The Church leaders of Northeast India wish to appeal to faithful and to all fellow citizens to pray so that they are guided by the spirit of truth, depth of wisdom and the essence of Constitution while exercising franchise in the Lok Sabha election in the country, including Assam and the Northeast. The "prayer appeal" was released at the All Church Prayer for the Nation Service held on April 6 at the Christ Church, Guwahati, a press release said.
