COVID-19: 18 drug distributors to operate from Panbazar

GUWAHATI: After the detection of a COVID-19 positive patient at Arihan Apartment, Panbazar, the area was sealed by the Kamrup (Metro) District Administration. As the area is a hub for medical shops, the district administration has allowed 18 drug distributors to deliver medicine products to hospitals and emergency nursing homes from 10 am to 1 pm. According to the district administration, limited staff must enter into the premises of distributionhouses and no vehicle must enter within the containment zone. No person must enter inside the premises of Arihan apartment and all must maintain COVID-19 protocols.
