Detailed Project Report of three new flyover projects in Guwahati underway, says NHAI

GUWAHATI: The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) on Friday informed that it has started to prepare the DPR (Detailed Project Report) for Guwahati’s three new flyover projects. The flyovers will be constructed in three locations on Jalukbari to Khanapara Highway- Basistha Chariali, Lokhra and Gorchuk on NH37. The statement was made by an NHAI official who said that the DPR will be completed within the month of March. It has been a long standing demand from the citizens to find a solution to the traffic on the NH37. At present there are three flyovers in this route, Khanapara point, Jalukarbari and ISBT.
