Dispur appoints Mission Director, PMJDY

GUWAHATI, June 14: The State Government has appointed Commissioner and Secretary of State Finance Department Shyam Jagannathan as the Mission Director for the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana. This has been done for co-ordination among the State level Implementation Committee, District Level Implementation Committees and various agencies under the scheme, a government communiqué said.
