Fifth webinar for company secretaries held during COVID-19 pandemic

The North Eastern Chapter conducted the 5th webinar on "PAS-6 Dematerilization of Shares and Extension of AGM" on September 5, 2020.

CS (Dr.) Shyam Agrawal, Member, Appellate Authority & Past President of the ICSI graced the online programme as chief guest. CS Priyadarshi Nayak, chairman, EIRC of ICSI graced the programme as guest of honor. CS Sudhakar Saraswatula, Vice-President, Corporate Secretarial of Reliance Industries Limited graced the programme as speaker of the topic which is very pertinent in the present corporate world.

The North Eastern Chapter released its first half-yearly e-newsletter in the virtual programme. CS (Dr.) Shyam Agrawal launched the e-Newsletter for NE Chapter in presence of CS Deepak Kumar Khaitan, Central Council Member of ICSI; CS Priyadarshi Nayak; CS Sudhakar Saraswatula from Reliance Industries Limited; CS Bishal Harlalka, Chairman, NE Chapter; CS Pradeep Sharma, Secretary, NE Chapter of EIRC of ICSI; and various other dignitaries and participants in the programme.
