GUWAHATI: The Brahmaputra, Disang, and Dikhow continue to flow above their danger levels, affecting 367 villages in Darrang, Dhemaji, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, and Sivasagar districts. The worst-affected districts are Sivasagar and Dhemaji. The total population affected in the state is 70,136. Sixty-nine relief camps and centres are operational, where 1,284 inmates are taking shelter.
