Gauhati High Court makes e-filing of matters mandatory

The Registrar General of the GHC has issued a Notification directing all departments under the Central and State Governments concerned to mandatorily opt for e-filing of pleadings, affidavits etc.

GUWAHATI: The Registrar General of the Gauhati High Court has issued a Notification directing all departments under the Central and State Governments concerned to mandatorily opt for e-filing of pleadings, affidavits etc. with effect from Thursday, December 1, as per the Gauhati High Court e-filing Rules, 2020.
