Government Railway Police seized three kg of suspected opium in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Government Railway Police has seized three kg of suspected opium from two passengers at the Guwahati Railway Station on Wednesday.

The suspected drugs were being carried in three packets by - Shyam Lal Sarmah (26) and Pankaj Sarmah (23), both residents of Bermer in Rajasthan. They were arrested from coach no. A-1 of Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express train.
