GUWAHATI: The Samagra Shiksha, Assam (SSA), has asked all elementary, secondary and senior secondary school teachers and students to register their online attendance in the Shiksha Seu App from the new academic year.

Non-adherence to the said instruction is to be treated as a serious violation of conduct and may initiate disciplinary action from the district authority. All heads of institutions are obliged to ensure adherence to the said matter, else the authority would be compelled to hold up the salary of the heads of institutions concerned and may affect the release of funds stipulated for schools. Furthermore, all CRCCs (Cluster Resource Centre Coordinators) are also to be considered responsible if the instruction is not followed scrupulously by the schools under their respective cluster, and the authority would contemplate similar disciplinary action thereof.
