Guwahati: Cyber cops recover Rs 3 lakh lost to online fraud

GUWAHATI: A team from the Cyber Police Station successfully assisted a cyber fraud victim in recovering Rs 3,00,000 following a complaint lodged under a General Diary entry dated September 2, 2025. Officers acted immediately to trace the fraudulent transaction and block the transfer, ensuring that the entire amount was refunded to the complainant from Guwahati.
