Guwahati: Cyber Police Recover Rs 13,710 in City

GUWAHATI: In a significant success, the Cyber Police Station (PS) team from the Crime Branch has recovered the full amount of Rs 13,710, which was lost by a victim due to an online financial fraud. The victim had fallen prey to a fake Flipkart shopping application, resulting in the loss of the said amount. The entire amount has been recovered and credited back to the victim's bank account.
