Guwahati: Disaster management meet held at Jalukbari

Guwahati: A crucial meeting of the Co-District Disaster Management Authority was held at the office of the Co-District Commissioner, Jalukbari, under the chairmanship of Dr. Jiwan Krishna Goswami, Co-District Commissioner of Jalukbari. The meeting witnessed the participation of senior officials and representatives from various line departments and agencies. The key focus of the session was to review the existing disaster preparedness measures, evaluate inter-departmental coordination, and strategize on enhancing response capabilities for effective disaster risk mitigation and management.
