Guwahati: Drug peddlers nabbed, seized 13 vials of heroin

Guwahati: A team from Jalukbari Police Station apprehended four drug peddlers in a swift operation. The arrested individuals have been identified as Jitu Das (44) of Adinguri, and Nripen Baishya (47), Sanjay Das (30), and Pranjit Das (39) — all residents of Durga Sarovar.

During the raid, police seized 13 vials of heroin weighing approximately 18 grams, Rs 1,400 in cash, a scooty, and a passenger auto. Legal proceedings have been initiated against the accused.
