Guwahati: Guwahati arrested teer gamblers with cash in city

GUWAHATI: A team from East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from Dispur PS arrested two people for illegal Teer gambling near GNRC Hospital Six Mile. The accused persons have been identified as Madan Prasad Singh of Satgaon and Islam Ali of Baihata Chariali. Police seized two mobile handsets, Rs 15,010 in cash, incriminating teer documents, and two ball pens used for teer records. Legal action has been initiated against the accused.
