Guwahati: ISKCON, Guwahati, is organizing a 7-day Jagannath Lila Katha at its Jagannath cultural complex, Joiyanagar in Guwahati. As a scheduled programme, Rath Yatra 2022 started from July 1 to 8.

On this holy occasion of Rath Yatra, ISKCON Guwahati also tries to serve sewa among flood victims of Assam. "People are suffering from the devastating floods in various parts of Assam. It is high time we served people as a part of Narayan sewa," said ISKCON Guwahati Chairman Srijivaadas Prabhu.

ISKCON at Guwahati signed an MoU with Coal India Limited for distributing uncooked rations to 8,000 families affected by the recent Assam Flood. We will be distributing rations in various regions of Assam. The ration includes rice, dal, mustard oil, soybean chunks, potato, drinking water, soap, spices, ginger," said Mahaprabhu Chaitanya Dasa.
