Guwahati: New Appointments in APCC’s Social Media Department

Guwahati: The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has announced key appointments to the Social Media Department of the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC), signaling a renewed focus on digital engagement in the state.

In a statement issued on Thursday by AICC general secretary K.C. Venugopal, the party confirmed that Prafulla Das has been appointed as chairman of the department, while Prateek Bordoloi has been named as the co-chairman. The appointments are effective immediately.

The decision reflects the party’s strategy to strengthen its digital communication and outreach mechanisms in Assam, ahead of crucial political developments in the region.
