Guwahati: Police seized heroin, legal action initiated

GUWAHATI: In a joint anti-narcotics operation, Basistha PS and Jorabat OP raided a hideout near RP Hotel in Jorabat and arrested Md Jamal Haque (30) of Goroimari. Two tobacco boxes containing heroin weighing 16.54 grams, 17 empty vials, and two mobile phones were seized. Legal action has been initiated against the accused.
