Guwahati: SBIOA Northeastern Circle to Host 32nd Annual General Meet in City

GUWAHATI: The 32nd annual general body meeting (AGM) of the State Bank of India Officers’ Association (SBIOA), Northeastern Circle, is going to be held on the premises of SBOA Public School, Garchuk, on February 8, 2025, when more than 1,500 officers from different nook and corners of the seven states shall conglomerate to brainstorm and discuss various issues and draw an outline for the future course of action.

The auditorium has been christened as Com Kashinath Hazarika Manch, remembering his humongous contribution towards the formation and propagation of the Circle Association and his contribution to the opening of SBOA Public School. A floral tribute will also be paid to noble souls by the dignitaries.

The lamp lighting ceremony and offering of floral tribute shall follow with a welcome address by Com. Sanjib Sen. The chief guest of the event, S. Radhakrishnan, shall address the gathering in virtual mode on account of his official exigencies compelling him to be out of the station.

General Manager, NW-II, and General Manager, CAO Guwahati, shall grace the occasion as guest of honour and shall enlighten the audience by highlighting various concerns of the bank and business priorities with special emphasis on the Association’s role in the progress of the bank, a press release said.
