GUWAHATI: The SOUL Docu-Fiction Film Festival and Competition 2025, themed “Stories of Unity, Land and Culture,” have been announced by Seemanta Chetana Mancha Purvottar. Scheduled from September 19 to September 21, 2025, at Jyoti Chitraban Film Studio in Guwahati, the festival aims to showcase the deep connection between people and the land across Northeast Bharat’s diverse communities.
