GUWAHATI: State Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Panchayat and Rural Development and Public Health Engineering, Secretariat Administration Department and General Administration Department Minister Ranjeet Kumar Dass on Monday made public his WhatsApp number. Any person who has any complaint related to work of these departments can directly complain to the minister at the number 8761968894.

Talking to The Sentinel, Dass said, "If anyone takes my secretary or my assistant's name or if any party worker takes the party's (Bharatiya Janata Party) name and demands money to get any work done related to these departments, people can directly message me in this number." He further said, "The BJP-led State Government has adopted a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption. The benefits of government schemes must reach the people."
