HSGA appoints Bidhan Sinha as North Eastern Region Advisor

GUWAHATI: The Hindustan Scouts and Guides Association (HSGA) has appointed Bidhan Sinha as its NER (North Eastern Region) Advisor.

According to a copy of the appointment letter sent to The Sentinel, the appointment is effective from December 9, 2020.
