Janasankhya Samadhan Foundation Conducted Webinar on Population Explosion

GUWAHATI: The Janasankhya Samadhan Foundation (JSF), Uttar Purba Khetra conducted a webinar on 'Population Explosion is Disease of the Society: Necessity for Control in the backdrop of World Population Day' on Friday. The webinar was conducted in association with Gauhati University Students' Union. Trinayan Koch, Coordinator of Yuva Shakti, JSF Assam introduced all the delegates and acted as a moderator for the session. The webinar was inaugurated by Deputy Speaker and MLA Dr Numal Momin.

In his inaugural speech, Momin narrated how the population is growing at an alarming rate. He also mentioned that simply implementing the law will not resolve this issue but proper monitoring has to be in place to yield results, stated a release.
