Kamrup (Metro) Deputy Commissioner reviews implementation of schemes

GUWAHATI: The District Development Committee meeting of Kamrup (metro) district for the month of October was held on Tuesday at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati. The meeting was presided over by Biswajit Pegu, Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup (M).

The meeting reviewed the flagship programmes of the government. The Deputy Commissioner directed heads of all the departments to complete the schemes within the stipulated time. He said that there was no room for negligence during implementation of government schemes.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Munindra Bordoloi and heads and officials of various government schemes were present during the meeting.
