Man arrested for threatening Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal

GUWAHATI: The Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal was threatened through a Facebook account with the name Surajit Harsh recently. An FIR was lodged by Advocate Benudhar Nath in this regard at Dispur police station.

Surajit Harsh is a resident of Bhogpur in Baksa district and Goreshwar police arrested him on Wednesday. As per Dispur OC Biren Baruah, the FIR in Dispur will be referred to Goreshwar police station.
