Man killed in landslide at Mahadev Path in Noonmati

GUWAHATI: A man named Prakash Deka was killed in a landslide at the Mahadev Path of the Bhawanipur area in Noonmati on Wednesday.

According to sources, Deka was working inside the compound of one Haricharan Das when a wall collapsed due to a landslide. Deka was injured in the incident and taken to a hospital, where he died.

Three rooms of the house concerned were also damaged due to the landslide
