MBBS final year student of GMCH found dead
GMCH Principal Dr Achyut Baishya termed the incident as "unfortunate" and said the GMCH authorities are looking into the cause of death.
Guwahati: In a shocking incident, a final year MBBS student of Guwahati Medical College and Hospital was found dead last night.
The deceased has been identified as Nimching Panmei.
According to reports, he was found lying dead outside Hostel number 4.
"He was a resident of Dima Hasao. What happened is very unfortunate. We are looking into what happened. Cannot share more details now," Dr Achyut Baishya, Principal, GMCH told Sentinel Assam.
The deceased, was a boarder in room number 113 of the said hostel.
