Meeting on the implementation of Vivad se Vishwas scheme organized in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Managing Committee members of Guwahati Branch of EIRC of ICAI on Tuesday attended a meeting organized by the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, NER, Kavita Jha at Aaykar Bhawan here in the city. The meeting was organized to seek suggestions from stakeholders to make the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 introduced in the Union Budget, 2020 successful in the North Eastern Region. The delegation was headed by Branch Chairman CA Dhiraj Kumar Jain and attended by managing committee members CA Gaurab Garodia, CA (Dr.) Ayush Saraf, CA Mantu Kumar Agarwalla and CA Saurabh Choudhary along with other members of the branch. Some important suggestions were given by the delegation to the Pr. Chief Commissioner which was appreciated by her and she assured to take the same forward with the Union Government.
