Miscreants loot SBI Customer Service Point manager in Guwahati

The female manager of an SBI Customer Service Point (CSP) was attacked by perpetrators in broad daylight at Katahbari in Guwahati on Saturday.

GUWAHATI: The female manager of an SBI Customer Service Point (CSP) was attacked by perpetrators in broad daylight at Katahbari in Guwahati on Saturday.

According to eye witness accounts, "The two perpetrators, who came in a red Maruti 800 car, assaulted Rupali Sinha, the victim – woman manager of the SBI Seva Kendra in Katahbari – and looted money. Sinha was severely injured in the attack. She was immediately taken to the nearby city Hospital.

CCTV footage shows two young men reaching the CSP in a red Maruti 800 car. Police investigations are on.
