Mobile snatcher nabbed in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Bharalumukh police arrested a mobile phone statcher, Manuwar Ali, on Sunday and recovered a mobile phone which he had snatched from a person at Machkhowa in Guwahati on Saturday. A case (878/18 u/s 391IPC) has been registered against him.
