Multi-service mobile unit donated by SBI in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The State Bank of India (SBI) donated a multi-service mobile unit, Eeco 5 STR AC, under CSR to the socio-cultural organization, Pratishruti Foundation Guwahati, on January 12 at the State Bank of India (LHO premises. Dhruv Mahato, AGM, PRCSB, has handed over the multi-utility vehicle to Siddhartha Das and Nirmali Dadhara Das, the President and Secretary of the organisation, respectively.

Pratishruti Foundation is working in the health, education, and cultural sectors in Assam. It organizes health awareness camps such as cancer screening and awareness camps in association with BBCI and the Assam Cancer Care Foundation, eye cataract and screening camps in collaboration with Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya, Guwahati, free physiotherapy camps, and awareness camps for the eradication of superstition in collaboration with SBI and N E Circle for the underprivileged people of society, stated a press release.
