Next phase of Gunatsav from February 2022: CM Himanta

GUWAHATI: The Government of Assam has decided to conduct the next phase of 'Gunatsav' from February 2022. The 'Axom Sarba Sikshya Abhiyan Mission' has already given its directions to the IS (Inspector of Schools), and the DEEOs (District Elementary Education Officers) in this regard.

The notification has also been issued to the DMCs (District Mission Coordinators) in this context.

The notification added that the respondents wil have to upload their details of the treachers and student database before October 31. The details will have to uploaded in the official website --- www.axomssa.com.

Mentionably , the 'Gunatsav' was held for the maiden time in the State in 2017. No Gunatsav was held due to the pandemic during the last two years

Gunotsav is a quality enhancement initiative of the State for bringing about improvement in learning levels of students at the school level.
