Noonmati Police arrested Scooty lifter at Narangi

GUWAHATI: Noonmati Police arrested a lifter of a Scooty, Illius Ahmed (21), on Saturday night. The Scooty (AS01AZ9840) was lifted near LG Tower in the Narangi Area on Saturday.
