Numaligarh Refinery Limited presents interim dividend to Assam Government

GUWAHATI: Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) on Tuesday today presented the first Interim Dividend of Rs.114.76 crore to the Government of Assam for the FY 2022-23 for its equity stake of 26 per cent in the company.

Chairman NRL and CMD OIL, Dr Ranjit Rath presented the Dividend Cheque to Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in the presence of Minister of State, Petroleum and Natural Gas Rameswar Teli; MD NRL Bhaskar Jyoti Phukan; Director (Finance) NRL Indranil Mittra; and other dignitaries, stated a press release.

Earlier on August 8, the Board of Directors of NRL had approved the payment of first Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2022-23 at 60 per cent on the paid up share capital of the company.
