Oppose NCT Bill, AAP, Assam appeals to all parties

GUWAHATI: Opposing the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill 2021, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Assam sent a memorandum to the President of India through the Governor of Assam. The AAP Assam has appealed to all the political parties to stand against the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill 2021 or the NCT Bill. Addressing the media here on Friday, AAP State Coordinator Dr. Bhaben Choudhury said, "If this Bill is passed in Delhi then very soon it will be implemented in all the States. It will make all the State governments powerless, and all the power will be transferred to the Centre. The BJP is slowly killing the democracy of India."
