PF contribution due date extended in view of COVID-19 pandemic

GUWAHATI: In consideration of the situation arising due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Assam Government has decided to allow additional grace period of 30 days in addition to the present grace period of 30 days as per ATPPF and PF and DLI Fund Scheme Act for deposit of PF contribution from the date of its collection from the wages for the months of March, April and May. The aforesaid relief shall be available only to the employers who upload the Statutory Form No. 1online within the stipulated period.
