Pickpocket arrested by Paltan Bazar police in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Paltan Bazar police arrested a pickpocket, Biraj Das (35), from Janata Point in Paltan Bazar in Guwahati on Thursday. Biraj Das hails from Barpeta. A case has been registered against him to this effect.
