Pratibandhi Suraksha Sangathan demands suspension of cop

GUWAHATI: The Pratibandhi Suraksha Sangathan (PSSA), Assam condemned the incident where a specially-abled minor was beaten by the police in Bharalumukh area. The PSSA demanded that the personnel who thrashed the minor should be immediately suspended. PSSA secretary Nripen Malakar said, "The DGP has already accepted the fault of the police for thrashing the boy. Thus, the particular personnel should be punished. We demand that within 24 hours the personnel should be suspended."
