GUWAHATI: The Public Works Department (Roads) has decided to add a T-wing to the under-construction flyover at the RGB Baruah Road.

PWD sources said here on Thursday that the T-wing of the flyover will be 300 metre in length and have two lanes.

The drawing and other details will be finalized within a week or so, the sources said. The sources said some more land will have to be acquired in the Gauhati Commerce College area and Sundarpur area for addition of the T-wing. The budget will increase from Rs 80 crore to about Rs 240 crore, they said.
