Sanitize schools before September 1, says Asom Rajyik Prathamik Shikshak Sanmilan

GUWAHATI: The Asom Rajyik Prathamik Shikshak Sanmilan has demanded sanitization of schools in the State before September 1, 2020. In a statement Sanmilani secretary-general Ratul Chandra Goswami said, "All COVID-19 testing centres and segregation centres in LP schools in the State have to be removed before opening schools. Separate funds for cleaning the schools and their complexes should also be released. He also said that the Education Minister ordered reopening all schools from September 1, 2020, but when the schools will be sanitized.
