Gulab Chand Kataria, Governor of Assam, has appointed Santanu Bharali as a member of the Assam Human Rights Commission.

GUWAHATI: Gulab Chand Kataria, Governor of Assam, has appointed Santanu Bharali as a member of the Assam Human Rights Commission. In this regard, the Governor of Assam issued a notification on Tuesday. Santanu Bharali was the legal advisor of the former Chief Minister of Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal.
