Screening camp organized for cancer in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Hardware Association of Guwahati organized a Free Mobile Cancer Screening Camp on Sunday at the Haryana Bhawan in Narayan Nagar here in association with the Marwari Yuva Manch, Guwahati Branch and supported by the Haryana Charitable Trust. Hundreds of persons were examined at the camp, which began at 10 am and ended at 5 pm. The tests conducted in the camp also included Blood Sugar, PAP Smear, Endoscopy, Mammography, X-ray, CBC etc., and the cancer screening included oral cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, cervical cancer and throat cancer.
