Snatcher Caught by locals at Birubari

GUWAHATI: A woman while walking down the street at Birubari on Wednesday was attacked by a chain snatcher. However, the miscreant, identified as Akash Sharma of Rehabari, failed in his attempt and was caught by the locals. A case (1322/19 U/S 392) has been registered against him.
