State Election Commission fixes expenditure limit of TAC poll

GUWAHATI: The State Election Commission (SEC) has put the expenditure limit of each candidate for the TAC (Tiwa Autonomous Council) election at Rs 2.25 lakh. The SEC has already deputed observers to keep eyes on expenditure by the candidates. The 36 constituencies of the TAC are going to poll on December 17. The counting will be on December 19.
