State Zoo-cum-Botanical Garden to Remain closed till March 29

GUWAHATI: In order to prevent any accidental spread of COVID-19 virus, the Assam State Zoo-cum-Botanical Garden will remain close for visitors till March 29. All the tiger reserves, National Parks and Sanctuaries of the state will remain close from today to March 29. Meanwhile, all permissions granted for film shooting, research etc have also been suspended till the above mentioned date. The order was issued by the Assam Government with a view to arrest spread of the dreaded virus.
