Sub-teams of 1st Batallion NDRF conducts sanitization, awareness programme in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Sub-teams of 1st Batallion NDRF carried out area sanitization and general awareness programmes at Mirza, Changsari and DC Office Amingaon, here on Friday. The teams sprayed disinfectants in public places and encouraged the locals to follow the Government guidelines, take precautions and support the lockdown against the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the awareness programme NDRF rescuers emphasized the practice of social distancing, hand washing and the importance of using sanitizers.
