Supari mafioso in custody of Crime Branch, Guwahati Police

GUWAHATI: Notorious supari Mafioso Billal Hussain Talukdar is under the custody of the Crime Branch, Guwahati Police for five days.

The Crime Branch arrested Billal from the Silchar Central Jail yesterday in connection with a case (1/2022) and brought him to Guwahati. The police produced him before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court today. The court sent Billal to police custody.

A few days back, Cachar police arrested Billal from the Downtown area in Guwahati with the help of Dispur Police.
