Thief was caught red handed by the locals of Kumarpara in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A thief was caught red-handed by the locals of Kumarpara and later handed over to the Bharalumukh Police Station on Sunday. According to reports, the accused – Amar Rai was apprehended by the people while he was trying to steal from house no. 15 of the area.
