Three held in connection to Nizamuddin Ali murder case

GUWAHATI: The Latasil Police on Tuesday arrested three persons in connection to the murder of Nizamuddin Ali.

According to reports, Ali, who had been thrashed allegedly by two men – Rupam Das and Rajib Das – on September 12, 2020 succumbed to his injuries at the GMCH on September 19. The accused duo who are also brothers were arrested from Dhubri on Tuesday. While another person named Moni Das was arrested from Kharguli. In this regard, the Latasil Police had registered a case (263/2020) u/s 341/ 325/307/302.
